What I did
I was brought in by a plastic surgeon to run a three-day in-person diagnostic. I interviewed every team member across front desk, clinical, sales, and operations to get the real picture of what was happening inside the business — not just what leadership assumed was happening.

From that diagnostic, I delivered an in-depth report identifying exactly what was working, what wasn't, and where the gaps were.
